Our Top Wedding Venues in Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is a dream destination for couples looking to tie the knot in a place that feels like paradise. From lush tropical gardens to historic cobblestone streets and breathtaking oceanfront resorts, the island offers an incredible variety of wedding venues to match any vision. We’ve curated a list of the top wedding venues in Puerto Rico to help you find the perfect setting for your big day.
What is the average cost to get married in Puerto Rico?
The average cost of a wedding venue in Puerto Rico typically ranges between $5,000 and $12,000 for venue rental alone. However, total wedding costs at these venues—including catering, décor, photography, and other services—can range from $20,000 to $50,000+, depending on guest count and customization.
We got married for under $10,000 total and believe that you can have an unforgettable wedding at any budget, it all just depends on your preferences and priorities. That said, the luxury options in San Juan and Puerto Rico are absolutely gorgeous and in my opinion, completely worth it.
When is the best time to get married in Puerto Rico?
The best time to get married in Puerto Rico is between December and April when the weather is at its best—warm, sunny, and with little rain. This is the island’s dry season, making it ideal for outdoor weddings, especially at venues with ocean views or lush gardens.
However, since this is also peak tourist season, venues and accommodations book up quickly and tend to be more expensive. If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option while still enjoying good weather, November, May or June can be great alternatives.
September and October are peak hurricane season months, which bring a higher risk of storms and rain.
